Cranberry Hoisin Turkey Meatballs

Mix up your Thanksgiving gathering with these Cranberry Hoisin Turkey Meatballs!


Cranberry Hoisin Turkey Meatballs

Makes 24 meatballs



For the meatballs:

¼ cup panko

¼ cup milk

1 pound ground turkey

½ teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon minced garlic (or 2 cloves)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce



2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic (or 2 cloves)

¾ cup cranberry sauce

¼ cup Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Marinade & Sauce




  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spray a mini muffin pan.
  3. In a small bowl, soak the panko breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl add ground turkey, garlic salt, minced garlic, pepper, soy sauce, & soaked panko breadcrumbs. Mix with hands and form 24 meatballs. Place in mini muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In small saucepan, heat sesame oil on medium heat with minced garlic. Saute 2 minutes. Add cranberry sauce and Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Sauce. Stir until heated.
  7. Once meatballs are cooked, toss in the sauce. Enjoy!
