A Kid’s Guide to Vegan Nutrition by PETA

The PB3 Plate by Plant-Based Juniors (2 Plant-based Dietitians) – They have other great info on their website as well, including a First Bites Baby-Led Weaning Ebook and a Pregnancy Guide.

Eating Well: Vegan Infants and Under-5s E-Book (Free) from First Steps Nutrition Trust. This is a UK based independent public health nutrition charity that provides information and resources to support eating well from pre-conception to five years.

Feeding Vegan Kids by The Vegetarian Resource Group

Vegan Child Nutrition Guide (Free) by Nutritious Vida. She is a vegan RD who provides great information for babies and kids! Her website has other great info like recipes, blogs posts and more!

Valuable Websites & Services

Married To Health – Dahlia and James are two plant-based dietitians with a daughter who was raised vegan. They provide great information on their website and you can request a consultation with them as well! We met with Dahlia when we went plant-based and she guided us with meal plans, vitamin recommendations, and made us feel confident in our decision to go vegan!

Nutritious Vida – A vegan Registered Dietitian who provides plant-based recipes, guides for children, baby-led weaning, and more. She even includes resources in Spanish!

Raise Vegan – A vegan magazine and website with pregnancy information, parenting resources and more!
