Veggie-Packed Marinara & Pasta
This pasta is loaded with veggies and customizable to your tastes! It is a simple recipe that is a guaranteed hit for the whole family.
Servings: 6 servings
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 28 oz. marinara
- 8 oz gluten free pasta
In large skillet brown meat and break apart with wooden spoon until cooked through.
In medium saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and saute vegetables until softened.
Add marinara sauce to saucepan with vegetables and heat over medium heat.
Cook pasta according to package.
Combine everything and enjoy!
