Veggie-Packed Marinara & Pasta

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 28 oz. marinara
  • 8 oz gluten free pasta


  • In large skillet brown meat and break apart with wooden spoon until cooked through.
  • In medium saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and saute vegetables until softened.
  • Add marinara sauce to saucepan with vegetables and heat over medium heat.
  • Cook pasta according to package.
  • Combine everything and enjoy!
