Everything Bagel Kale Chips
These tasty kale chips will make you forget that you are eating something healthy!
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Paleo, Snacks, Whole30
avocado oil or olive oil
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Preheat over to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove kale from stems and tear into bite sized pieces. Wash thoroughly & dry.
Drizzle oil over kale and mix to coat evenly. Sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, check to see if kale is crisp. If not done, continue cooking in 5 minute increments until done.
Once crispy, remove from oven and let cool. Then enjoy!
I used Everything But the Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe's, but I know other brands make it too! You can also search for homemade versions of the seasoning.
