Everything Bagel Kale Chips

These tasty kale chips will make you forget that you are eating something healthy!

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning to taste


  • Preheat over to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove kale from stems and tear into bite sized pieces. Wash thoroughly & dry.
  • Drizzle oil over kale and mix to coat evenly. Sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
  • Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, check to see if kale is crisp. If not done, continue cooking in 5 minute increments until done.
  • Once crispy, remove from oven and let cool. Then enjoy!


I used Everything But the Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe's, but I know other brands make it too! You can also search for homemade versions of the seasoning.
