Vegan Tuna Salad
This Vegan Tuna Salad is easy to make and absolutely delicious! Serve it on a sandwich or with some crackers.
Servings: 1 serving
- 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans drained & rinsed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp kelp granules
- 1 tbsp relish
Combine garbanzo beans, lemon juice, vegan mayo, & kelp granules in a blender or food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. (You can also use a fork and mash ingredients together.
Add relish and mix until combined.
Serve on a sandwich, with crackers, or eat on it's own!
