Vegan Tuna Salad

This Vegan Tuna Salad is easy to make and absolutely delicious! Serve it on a sandwich or with some crackers.

  • 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans drained & rinsed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp kelp granules
  • 1 tbsp relish


  • Combine garbanzo beans, lemon juice, vegan mayo, & kelp granules in a blender or food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. (You can also use a fork and mash ingredients together.
  • Add relish and mix until combined. 
  • Serve on a sandwich, with crackers, or eat on it's own!
